The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines. Key Information for Guests In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours will apply. Guests must collect new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is legally required in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
