The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left on the property. Guests are responsible for removing it; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
