The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of EUR 50 will be applied during office hours and EUR 75 outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at the accommodations office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a waste management fee of EUR 150 will be applied. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, closer to your arrival date, the accommodations will send an online check-in link for all guests to register.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
