The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. This timer system is in place mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning units. In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, guests must not leave garbage inside the property. Failure to remove waste will result in a €150 charge for waste management.
